I found it somewhat confusing while taking advantage of the “Buy 2 get 1 free” offer, as I attempted to order the same key in different designs for a total of 3 identical keys 🔑 in 3 different designs, it also gave me the option to copy a different key, however after inserting the second key it informed me that particular key would have to be mailed to me, as I preferred to not go through the trouble I was then given the opportunity to cancel my entire order giving me the impression the previous 3 keys would as well be cancelled and I’d just start over, but when I went to start over the machine had retained the previous information on the 3 key offer, not sure exactly how to proceed and no one available to assist me at the Walmart I proceeded to reorder my original 2 for 3 offer, again intending to have 1 key copied in 3 different designs, however I was charged twice and received all 3 keys in the first design chosen as shown in provided picture, needless to say my sons were not too impressed with the keys I handed them!!

Total scam! Showed up 1.5 hours after they quoted. Then the guy tried to quote me $250. I told him no. He asked me to cancel the company and he’d charge me $100.

I lost my only key and the dealer charges $750 starting price for a new key + tolling costs and 1-2 week wait. This guy arrived in 25 minutes, opened the car and programmed me a new key, the whole process took about 45 minutes and was much cheaper, thank you very much!

Quick and easy to do. I had an issue with a 2nd set of keys that I made off a copy, so contacted the company by email and received a refund no questions asked. Great service.
