Was able to easily get into my 2010 BMW 750i. I only needed they keys cut. He came out and only took him about 15 minutes to cut both of my keys. Mine were already programmed but he could have done it too. I really wanted to get into my trunk which he was able to do with ease (they keys would have worked but I have an issue with my trunk which was very clearly explained to me). 10/10 WILL USE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND to anyone I know.

American Lock and Safe helped me out when I got locked in my bathroom and the fire department couldn’t get into my front door without breaking it down. The locksmith arrived within minutes and got the front door unlocked very quickly. He was very professional and I would definitely use his services again if I ever needed it.

I rarely write reviews, and when I do, they’re usually positive — but not this time.
I stopped into Peters Hardware and waited my turn in line, only to have an older gentleman cut right in front of me. When I finally got to the counter, I showed the employee a specific item I was looking for on my phone. Instead of helping, he responded angrily and told me — very harshly — that no one was available to assist me.

The customer service was unfriendly, and the prices are noticeably high for what they offer. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

Only machine that gets the keys done right. It’s weird I’ve tried a locksmith for the same keys but doesn’t work. This machine always comes through and simple to use.
Great idea love it. Highly recommended it if you need keys at loews hardware
