Who knew there was a kiosk for key making. I’ve never seen one before and never had the opportunity to use one. It worked fine. I was a little frazzled as the voice that gave instructions was not as clear as I would’ve liked and there was a lady nearby talking on her cell phone. I also misunderstood the second key. I needed a second key, but not two of the same key so I paid for an extra key when I didn’t need to -now that I know how it works I think it’s great -quick and easy and you don’t have to wait for anyone.

John was quick, efficient, and professional. He gave me great advice on some older locks that I probably would have swapped out with new junk if he hadn’t educated me. I am looking forward to having him help me with a few other tricky locks and make keys for some missing. I would absolutely recommend him. Plus, he is a veteran!
