Gotta say a huge thanks to these guys! Called in a panic like anyone would when you loose keys. They were polite and patient with me. Gave me pricing quickly and was willing to show up in a snap of a finger! While on the phone my keys magically appeared thankfully. Even after finding my keys on the phone they were polite and wished me luck i wouldnt loose them again. Will be seeing them shortly for a second key fob incase of incidents like today.

I would like to highly recommend Charlotte County Safe and Lock, which services Sarasota County as well. They make duplicates of your auto key/fob and motorhome keys, and van keys as well as creating a new one for you if you lost or are locked out of your vehicle via their mobile service. My Mercedes Benz motorhome only came with one key and fob and I really needed a backup key. Nobody else that I contacted could make a Mercedes key! Not even Mercedes of Sarasota could make or get me one. But Anthony did !!Great service. Prompt. Pleasant. Professional. Thank you, Anthony (and his sweet rescue dog, Bella)!

The keys I made work great but the Kip as k is very confusing and there is no way to review the order before they are cut. I had hoped to purchase 2 of each of 2 keys and ended up with 4 of the same. Fortunately it was the key I was most in need of.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company in order to open my Lincoln Liberty safe. The safe had failed due to a faulty electronic lock as well as the handle, which resulted with me having no access to the safe. Another company had come out to the property based off a recommendation from Liberty Safe and after having spent three full 8 hour days at our home, advised that they were unable to open it, and a hole would need to be utilized thus rendering the safe useless and inoperable.

Another call was made to Liberty Safe, who recommended Sun Coast Safe and Lock. Though it was late in the day for the original call, the team was very responsive requesting pictures of what be safe currently looked like and advised that they would send them to their technician for his review. Upon speaking with their technician on the phone he advised me that he should be able to get into the safe.

On our scheduled appointment date met with Dallas who advised the process, and got right to work at it inspecting and attempting to open the safe. After several hours, he managed to get the safe open and made the needed repairs to keep it operational. He left the work site clean and was very friendly with my kids and my dog.

Would highly recommend this company for any safe or lock issues you may ever have! Pricing was reasonable and even came in under the estimate quoted on the phone.

It was a MagnaLatch key replacement for D&D Technologies gate latch 6 pin 313131. The brass key that Minute Key produced would not turn in the lock. I ordered a replacement from the manufacturer. Interestingly, the Minute key probably would have worked, had the cut not have run out of material and off the end. I believe it was the wrong blank key.
