I locked myself out of my room in my apartment and called this locksmith. Before they arrived, I tried to send photos of the lock to get a proper quote, but they still gave an estimate of $75. While they arrived within 45 minutes and unlocked the door pretty quickly, the experience was far from satisfactory. During the process, the locksmith damaged my wall. To make matters worse, after completing the job, they raised the price to $175 without any prior warning. I refused to pay the inflated price, especially after the wall was damaged, and they made no offer to fix it. Overall, this was an unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service.
