These machines are horrible and they are inaccurate. They charge you an arm and leg just to give you a key that doesn’t work.

The techbician threatened to call the police on me and i had a lease agreement for 1 year. This is an awful company. My family is very wealthy. Do not use ever. They are very un professional when the person come They should screen their employers. I would never use. They discriminate. They are regulated by the Department of Agriculture. I will file a complaint with them as well. Just so you know a handyman service can change out locks not digital locks. They are far less expensive.

Feel free not to use these automated machines. They are garbage. The key won’t work and they will charge you 11 dollars for a key that just don’t work.

Its good for whats needed. But it has so many questions and ads. One question or alert should be to ask you if you need copies of different keys. I paid $20 for the same key 3xs😪 when I needed 2 different keys made😞. This is not the time for money to be wasted or spent frivolous.

Well after my complaint. I was told to call KeyMe Team to resolve this issue. They were no help ..I kept getting transferred to 3rd party locksmith which doesn’t want to come repair my car..I guess I’m going to cut my losses and have it repaired by a competent company. We have a very extensive Construction Network , we will be letting everyone know not to use KeyMe, they don’t stand by their work or consultants. VERY DISAPPOINTED
