I used Precise Locksmith today, and my salesperson was Rolando, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. Before I even booked him, I called with questions, and he took the time to explain the entire process—what needed to be done, why it cost what it did, and what to expect. He explained everything calmly, clearly, and precisely, which I really appreciated.
I was so impressed by that initial conversation that I actually left him a review on Facebook before using his service—and after reading my own review, I called him back and booked the job.
Rolando came out, made a new key and a new key fob, and had everything done in less than 20 minutes. He was professional, extremely kind, efficient, and just an all-around great guy.

Call these guys first! I was locked out of my storage unit and called a few different lock smiths, not only was El Genio faster than anyone else, they also came in with the best price. He was able to get into my lock so quickly without having to drill it. So thankful! Thank you so much El Genio!

I locked my keys & phone in my car and was unable to open it myself, they were very quick with the response time which was great. The only downside was my door handle was ripped off and I understand my car is older but I did not pull or tug the handle at all. I still paid the full amount but now I have to open my door from the back or passenger side until I am able to get it fixed. Other than that everything else went fine.

edit: As I stated, I did not pull or tug the handle and if there are doubts about that there is video footage. I did tell the man on the phone I tried to open it myself, though he did fail to mention a price to me until the tech asked me how much I was quoted to which I said I wasn’t. Maybe I did not understand him but I did ask if my handle could be repaired, again I did not know I received a “discounted price”. thank you I appreciated your quick service and helpfulness

Do not ever request service from this business. First, they don’t provide an estimate, and by the time they come to fix the issue, you’re already charged. In my case, I was charged a very high amount just to unlock a door, and five minutes later, when I tried to open it again, it was locked. Completely useless.

Supposedly, they claim to offer a lifetime warranty, but I’ve been calling for over a week to arrange service, and every time they say they have another emergency. Apparently, my emergency isn’t a priority.

I paid immediately after the job was supposedly completed, fulfilling my part of the agreement as a customer. However, I’ve been calling to rearrange the service, and they always have excuses. My issue remains unresolved, even though the job was paid for in full. I absolutely do not recommend this business.

Let me know if further adjustments are needed!
