I’m very pleased with my new key for my 2012 Fiat 500. I thought it was nearly impossible but they had keys in stock and did it fast. Very responsive to emails, etc. Great company to deal with. Way better than the dealerships.

Stopped in to have a fob checked – well stocked shop with anything that you can want regarding locks and they have safes too. They check fixed my fob quick without any additional upsell or any of that nonsense. Nice and clean store, reasonable pricing and helpful staff – What more could you ask for? Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Just called this company to see about getting a key made The person that I was connected with had the worst customer service I was trying to ask questions and they actually hung up on me truly would not recommend this place for nothing sounded like the guy could barely speak English

I called for a locksmith to change/fix a lock. They sent Express First Locksmith who replaced one commercial lock, added a door locking pin and rekeyed another. Showed me a bill for $635 for the locks which I thought was a bit expensive but reasonable. I’ve hired locksmiths before and I have a rough idea on how much I should be paying. Then he charged my credit card $2000!!!!! Nobody in their right mind would pay an additional $730 for the labor on this (charged me for installing 2 locks and only installed one) plus all his other charges he added to the bill without showing me. He worked for an hour!! Classic bait and switch and I fell for it. Never EVER will I call this service again. Absolutely outrageous and I will make sure everyone I know knows to go elsewhere for their lock and key service!!!!!!

I called And this guy was on it! It took him about 30 minutes to drive over from another town, and he gave me a discounted rate for the upcoming holiday. He was very professional and got me in my car in minutes.

Made 4 copies of my key (4th was “free”); unfortunately, none of them work in the lock and I was warned at the store that there would be nothing they could do for me should there be a problem. $19.26 down the drain. I think the machines are a great idea; just didn’t work for me.
