Timely and very professional! I locked myself out of my house at 5:30 in the morning and when I called Florida Lock And key Caleb answered thei phone right away and immediately confirmed he could get to me within 20 minutes and Caleb was at my house in 20 minutes! Within five minutes he had my door unlocked, no drilling required. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially how early it was in the morning and how quickly he got to me. I was so worried because my mom was inside the home and she is on hospice care so you can imagine my level of stress. Thank you Caleb and Florida Lock And key, I greatly appreciate it!!!

Ray was amazing was here faster than I expected and was able to get me in my home the couple people I called before never even called back. He came over to check it out. ridiculous…$450 for a basic key with no chip and no key fob. then was charged for “after hours” call, even tho they were specifically asked if it was extra for him to come out. The tech had my son hold his 2 cellphones to film him for his Instagram Live. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND I WOULD NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

Easy to use kiosk with concise instructions. Was able have 3 keys made with cute design options within 5 minutes, without having to hunt down a customer service rep. It was neat being able to see the key being cut through the glass window. All keys fit the intended lock perfectly with no issues. Would definitely use again.

When the tech arrived, he stated that the tech fee was now $75.00 and $75.00 to open the vehicle. This company charged my wife $278.00 for this service. This company uses a bait and switch technique to procure business and uses dishonest business practices when billing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
