Dean is excellent and very nice, He is the only one to call about car key fobs. I went to the local hardware and they said they would replace my key fob. Fortunately i called Dean (who was recommended by a local locksmith), and he replaced my broken key fob and his price was slightly less cost than the hardware. He is very knowledgeable and professional. You will be happy with his service.

Marco came out to install motion sensors on our doors. It was not as easy as it looked as the doors are so big that they reactive the sensor causing the door to reopen. Marco was patient and spent extra time making adjustments and working with the manager until it finally worked perfectly. Marco was personable and professional. If we have any other access control issues Key Security will be our first and only call. We highly recommend them. Thank You.

Our keypad lock died on our house and the physical key wasn’t on my key chain for my new truck. We called another company that came up first in a local google search, they told us they were on their way and would be here in 30-40 minutes. Over and hour later, we called to check in and they hung up on us and wouldn’t even text us back. I called Collier County Locksmith, and Manny told me he could be here in 17 minutes (made it in 15 minutes actually). He had to drill my side door deadbolt, but he got us inside in less than 5 minutes and he not only replaced the lock assembly on my dead bolt but he also keyed it to match my front door too. All for a very reasonable price. I hope to never need an emergency call again but whether it’s a lockout or a scheduled call, I’ll be calling Manny again for sure

Had a vehicle with only one key. Classic 1998 Toyota Crown i just imported. Ace Hardware would have done the key for $25.00 ( I was a little uneasy so I was prepared to pay a little extra for a key for a locksmith to cut, not just a hardware store.) Boy was I surprised! They told me “he couldn’t even buy the blank for what Ace Hardware would charge” Well shame on you! I know we all need to make a little money, but a little ridiculous.$84.80.. even if it was $40 I would not have written this review as I was willing to pay for expertise,but buyer beware I guess.

I would highly recommend Koons Locksmith for any services you may need. I had two vehicles that were part of my Uncle’s estate. The keys were lost so I needed HELP in a quick and efficient way because I flew to Florida to specifically get these cars sold. From start to finish they were efficient, professional and went above and beyond to help me get done what I needed in a short time frame. Klein was professional and thorough in my initial inquiry of what I needed to do. Then the service technician, Winston, was more than helpful and went above and beyond (spent an hour and a half) trying his hardest to get the key fob for the ’22 Ford Edge to work so that I could drive it to the dealership. Unfortunately we were not successful with the Ford but he did allow me to buy the key fob so the dealership I eventually dealt with was able just to program the fob once we got the battery replaced.

Just had 6 keys made at Lowes in Naples Florida. I returned home and none of them work. I called Lowes and they told me to call Minute Key. I called minute key and couldn’t reach anyone because the corporate offices are closed on the weekend. 1 – If Lowes are directing customers to the Minute Key kiosk – they should take partial responsibility for the defective product. 2 – Minute Key should have customer service hours that are longer than the “corporate” hours. I will call again on Monday but don’t have high hopes of getting through. Seems like a scam to me.
