Got locked out of our house on a Saturday evening. Called here because they were the closest to me and it said 24 hr service. From phone call to door unlocked was about 10 minutes. Highly recommend Lock Man! Thought I’d be stuck going to dealership to reprogram my keyfob! Would have required a tow and I’m sure not a cheap visit to VW. Instead, these guys were super friendly and were able to reprogram both my spare keyfobs for my Jetta after losing the only one I had that worked. Really appreciate their service. Thanks!

I had an issue with my lock it was a pretty old lock and i have been to at least three shops before i cane here and no one even bothered to check it out. Then i was recommended to come to security safe & lock and as soon as i got there the staff was really professional and polite and the technician actually managed to fix the lock and it works great !

Amazing quick & easy .
I’m not positive of the cost because when I went to to get a few quotes from locksmiths I got the key so quickly it wasn’t necessary for me to call around anymore, but I’m sure it would have been much more expensive. In my case, I was copying a key fob. They gave me the option to wait two or three days for an actual key fob or they would give me something that looks like a key but it’s actually a transponder. I was very, very skeptical about getting it very skeptical if it would work and copy the transponder that I needed correctly, but it absolutely did. It was quick and easy and only 30 bucks. I am almost sure it would’ve been at least 80 to 100 bucks anywhere else. I highly recommend them. They also have a 30 day moneyback guarantee thank God I didn’t have to go through that, but I’m sure it would’ve been easy if something was wrong with the key fob. Again, I highly recommend them. It was the easiest transaction that I’ve ever made. I’ve also gotten keys copy from them regular house keys, and it worked lovely as well and also very affordable

Who knew there was a kiosk for key making. I’ve never seen one before and never had the opportunity to use one. It worked fine. I was a little frazzled as the voice that gave instructions was not as clear as I would’ve liked and there was a lady nearby talking on her cell phone. I also misunderstood the second key. I needed a second key, but not two of the same key so I paid for an extra key when I didn’t need to -now that I know how it works I think it’s great -quick and easy and you don’t have to wait for anyone.

Called yesterday to set an appointment for the next day today. They called trying to come that day but scheduled it for 9 am the next day because I’m a busy person. Had time before work to make an appointment. Called 25 mins before my scheduled appointment to make sure we’re still on schedule was confirmed by Adam that he would see me there. 9:05 call in to the office because no one is here. Receive a call from Adam 9:08 stating he is 15 mins away that locksmith need a buffer window to show up to appointments set a day before. Putting time to 9:23 it’s currently 9:25 and no signs of a lock smith I now have to leave for scheduled appointments I have for being 30 mins late to a confirmed appointment.

My disabled veteran friend locked himself out of his condo mid day on the weekend, this company came out and charges him $1200 to change a lock because his key broke off in it. when i saw him today he still has the lock and i was able to get his key out in 30 seconds with just my fingernail. all it would have taken was a pair of pliers. You all took advantage of a disabled vet abd that 1200$ bill is after military discount!
