I spoke with Mike this afternoon and he fixed what the other gentleman did not want to touch.
Mike was a pleasure to do business with. He knew what to do and fixed my problem with in about 10 minutes.

He even gave me credit for the new remote and new key that I was forced to purchase from the other guy.

Last guy kept me waiting about 45 minutes and still was not available to fix it. He even charged me for a new remote and a new key that I did not kneed.

My car is 10 years old and I had problems early on and you had a wonderful service person that helped. After that nice experience I went back to Affordable Lock & Security Solutions. I am glad that I went back and worked with Mike. Such a wonderful experience. I have already referred him to my mechanic.

Highly recommend!! Moses was wonderful and helped me save so much money! Same day appointment at home for new key fob replacement and programming. A fraction of what the dealership quoted me. Moses also helped me diagnose a few issues I was concerned about, (ie: windows not working properly, brake replacement questions). He was polite and patient, and full of helpful information.
