VIP Locksmith Services did an excellent job replacing and rekeying 25 commercial locks and doors for our property. This was a large job with multiple doors, different lock types, and several areas that needed to be secured properly. The technician was professional, organized, and worked carefully from start to finish.

They replaced damaged and outdated locks, adjusted door hardware, checked that every door was closing and locking correctly, and made sure the keys worked smoothly before leaving. The work was clean, fast, and very professional. They also explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy, especially for a commercial building where security is very important.

So blessed today for my husband and I to have a GREAT CUSTOMER experience. A very knowledgeable Locksmith named Mohammed helped us with our 2016 SUV Infiniti. We were very upset since the drivers seat door would not open. Mohammed was very professional and patient. He was able to assess the situation and found a way that we could open the door. The car has an electrical issue and he suggested what part to buy and where to get it fixed. He went over the call of duty! Got the job done but can’t help but feeling like we were taken for a ride. Almost $250 to get into an old file cabinet and they couldn’t even make a new key for it. Then a small key for a glass bulletin board case was almost $70! I think they took advantage of us because we’re seniors.😰
