The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I initially called, asked for a quote, was told $125, so I said never mind, they hung up. They then called me back, asking if I’m on a budget, which I simply stated that their price was too high, I was then told “you’re not going to find anything lower, it’s a 2022 vehicle” while in a condescending tone. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

To respond to the company’s response: Good thing I got in contact with another locksmith company who quoted me $65 and was kind in person and over the phone, maybe your day wouldn’t have been “ruined” if you treated your customers better.

Joe was so great. It is freezing and he got it done quickly and efficiently. The team is very understanding. Locking my keys in the car is so embarrassing especially when payday has passed and bills were due but they helped me out with what I have and I am so grateful. I was so stressed on how I was gonna get my keys out and get to work in the morning but they made this so easy. I would definitely call if I ever need them. No offense I hope I don’t need help getting my keys out of my car again! This is the second time I’ve done it😭😭 hopefully next time it’s abt copying keys

I don’t know if he is the owner, but I had Nick take care of my car. I needed A key made. He worked with me and we determined I only needed a key to unlock the door or the trunk. I didn’t need one to start the car. It was very inexpensive. He did great work and was very efficient. Taylor, the girl in the office was very Nice on the phone and in the store. She was helpful and professional like Nick. This is the place To come if you need a Great Locksmith. I certainly will be back.

I called about 15 locksmiths for a key to a moped and none of them would do it. Then I took one last try at amity and spoke with Justin and it was amazing. He quoted my price over the phone, they helped me load and unload my moped from the truck, the time was incredibly quick and everyone seemed to be working in tandom and helping each other out. Such a great experience and I recommend if you need ANY key and want excellent customer service, this is the place.

Fantastic local business. Had key fob replaced in 20 minutes for hundreds less than the dealership quoted. They genuinely care about customers and have a excellent level and attitude of going the extra mile and getting things done right. Totally recommend!
