Be warned, I had to file a small claims suit against them. Two cars, two towing charges, two cars I was stranded with.
Nothing but cons with this company, not one pro I can list.

I called to get a quote to see if they could copy myvery unique key, they said they would havea technician contact me. When the technician contacted me he asked for a photo. After I texted him a photo he ghosted me. (Photo showed as being read)

EDIT: He responded after I asked him again. But still has not answered my second question. The owner replied saying they didn’t get a photo so here’s the proof!

For starters, everyone working with this company sucks and is beyond unprofessional. I called around 10pm last night, and let’s just say what I called for NEVER got handled. DO NOT RECEIVE SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s clear they hate their job and life, and try to make someone else’s day as miserable as theirs. This company has multiple different names and numbers which added to the mess from last night. Even after speaking with the manager who doesn’t keep her word nothing got handled. Horrible experience.

Greg and Henry at Steve’s lock and safe deserve a huge RAVE! They went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we needed for our new car. When I first showed up Greg was very kind and gracious with my two rambunctious girls and cut my key immediately. He then went to program the Fob only to find out that there was an issue with the car’s computer. He tried a second option and worked on it for an hour and a half before coming in, not to tell me he couldn’t do it, but to tell me he had another idea that he could try in a few days after he ordered something in. He gave me the key anyway and asked me to come back later to program it and I am so incredibly grateful to him for that. I did end up misplacing one key right before I had to go to work this week and it’s because of him that I had a second key to make it to work on time. I came back today and they were able to make a fob work for me! They really tried everything and I am so grateful to them for that. Plus, their prices are very good comparatively. Having a car without a fob with two little kids is definitely not something I enjoyed haha. Thank you again Greg and Steve! I will definitely come back if I have any key cutting needs.

We were going to have to wait over an hour for the insurance to send out somebody at 6AM. We called up Speedy Auto Lockout and they got here so quick! He was friendly, fast at unlocking the car, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

In a very hurray this company were able to attend to my vehicle with lost keys, make a new remote key, fully programmed & working on the same day of my call.
Although these things are never cheap it was a great service & worth the cost.
The technician who called out new his stuff & the whole process was completed in around 30 minutes. I would recommend their services if you need them, based on my experience.
