ER Locksmith came through so quickly to help me get into my RV at almost 10pm on a Sunday night when my only other option would’ve been to sleep in my car. Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think about First Key Mobile I mean this company is absolutely unbelievable. The owner literally went against his own company policy to follow his promise to us. He told me a price over the phone for a basic key fob product.. but because he did not have it as he thought he did he delivered something even better than his promise. Instead of just telling us good luck and to call someone else he upgraded the product and gave us an upgraded key fob with remote access opening controls and the whole 9. This company is now going to be our go-to guys for all things keys! God bless you Johnny! You’re an absolute life saver!

David rekeyed my locks after purchasing a new place and installed a keypad lock with back up key. He also recommend an additional level handle with another lock for additional security and keyed it to the same key. Since my condo is very old he had to work around an issue with compatibility with current lock sets. He came up with a beautiful solution. The previous lock was tricky and very difficult to use. The new keypad is wonderful and makes life so much easier. Now I can let family in when I’m away and won’t have to worry about who needs a key. He worked for hours, which included a needed trip to Home Depot to fix the issue with my old door, and his price was very reasonable considering the time he put into getting it right. I highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with they key fob given to me and basically ended up going in a loop thinking there was something wrong with my car. got the phone number of a manager and the gentleman began to break professionalism and started to want to use my life and my personal life to prove a point. Insanely disrespectful. would never use this service again or recommend it.
