My husband called at 9:30am on Sunday due to emergency. They are listed as open with a 5 star review so we expected to get great service, we didn’t care about the price. Whoever answered the call had just woken up and instead of asking for a minute and continuing to assist, he got hung up on not working a Sunday in 20 years and wanting to know where they showed they are open. It’s easy, its your google business profile where people to go to see who is local to you and their hours of operation. If you don’t want to work Sundays, then update your profile but at a minimum, you should answer the customers professionally and address concerns while you have them on the phone. We run two businesses and we will not call again. If you want to sleep in on Sundays, then just update your profile OR don’t answer your phone.
