The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I initially called, asked for a quote, was told $125, so I said never mind, they hung up. They then called me back, asking if I’m on a budget, which I simply stated that their price was too high, I was then told “you’re not going to find anything lower, it’s a 2022 vehicle” while in a condescending tone. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

To respond to the company’s response: Good thing I got in contact with another locksmith company who quoted me $65 and was kind in person and over the phone, maybe your day wouldn’t have been “ruined” if you treated your customers better.

I don’t know if he is the owner, but I had Nick take care of my car. I needed A key made. He worked with me and we determined I only needed a key to unlock the door or the trunk. I didn’t need one to start the car. It was very inexpensive. He did great work and was very efficient. Taylor, the girl in the office was very Nice on the phone and in the store. She was helpful and professional like Nick. This is the place To come if you need a Great Locksmith. I certainly will be back.

I have used this service before and with those experiences I would have to give this company a 5 star review. But yesterday I made three copies of my front door key for my home and not one of them worked. 🙁 I don’t know if something was wrong with key machine. And yes, I have used this service to make copies of my front door in the past and no, I was not using a copy but the original. I wrote to the company but there hasn’t been enough time for them to respond.
