Wow is the first word that comes to mind when I think about First Key Mobile I mean this company is absolutely unbelievable. The owner literally went against his own company policy to follow his promise to us. He told me a price over the phone for a basic key fob product.. but because he did not have it as he thought he did he delivered something even better than his promise. Instead of just telling us good luck and to call someone else he upgraded the product and gave us an upgraded key fob with remote access opening controls and the whole 9. This company is now going to be our go-to guys for all things keys! God bless you Johnny! You’re an absolute life saver!

I only called for a quote and the follow up call was a personal touch and that made me schedule the workorder with them. I called 5 other companies, not one of them followed up, that is amazing service.

I strongly advise against visiting this place. This was my second time here, and I had a disappointing experience both visits. The first time, the employees treated my questions as if they were a joke. I stayed out of desperation and ended up overpaying for multiple keys copied for my rental units after comparing prices with other businesses.

As a business owner, I believe in giving establishments a second chance. So, I returned today to ask about a problem I was having with a safe. Initially, the employee provided great advice, but once another customer walked in, his demeanor changed completely. He became arrogant and rude, as if he thought I was wasting his time, and he rushed me out the door. When I asked another question, he told me to “Google it.”

After that rude response, I asked how much it would cost to fix my issue. His reply shocked me: “If you have to ask how much it will cost, that means you can’t afford me.”

I left in disbelief and called back to get his name. It turns out this rude individual was the owner himself—his name is Peter. This behavior mirrors what I experienced from the employees during my first visit. I ultimately went to another locksmith where I was treated respectfully and had no problem paying them.

Here’s some advice for Peter, without having him “Google it”: As a fellow business owner, be nice and courteous to your customers. Lead by example so your employees will follow suit. At the end of the day, your customers pay your bills and keep your doors open.

John and his team are just fantastic… They are extremely reliable, very reasonably priced and you can 100% count on them. I’ve used them for my personal residence and multiple business locations for over 10 years and I can’t recommend them more.

Was able to easily get into my 2010 BMW 750i. I only needed they keys cut. He came out and only took him about 15 minutes to cut both of my keys. Mine were already programmed but he could have done it too. I really wanted to get into my trunk which he was able to do with ease (they keys would have worked but I have an issue with my trunk which was very clearly explained to me). 10/10 WILL USE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND to anyone I know.

I called this company twice this morning, they answered the phone in spanish and hung up on me as soon as I spoke english. This is horrible customer service.
