I had 6 total keys made and only 1 of the 6 work. I used both the standard cut and the upgraded option neither worked. Do not recommend.

Key is fine. Works great. The self serve machine is confusing and has multiple screens that try to get you upgrade your order. . If you just want one key get ready to say no over and over.

Like the convenience of a self serve kiosk in Lowes Home Improvement store. However, I needed to have 2 different keys copied. The kiosk system should allow for someone to make copies of multiple keys with only one charge to your credit card. Just to make two copies of two keys you have to go through the process of two charges. Sort of silly.

The standard key is good and works well. Keys are made quickly. I also made two more keys a Spider-Man and Minnie Mouse design, which where not great. The Spider-Man was already chipped badly on one side to start and the Minnie scraped after testing it out in the lock. Don’t pay the extra money would be my advice for the designs.
