Great work, highly recommended. I needed a new deadbolt and lock in a hurry. I called Gil, he came by the same day and did the work much faster than I expected. Good pricing, great service. We will use him again in the future.

I’m disappointed with the service. I waited around two hours before help arrived, even though I was given a different expectation for the arrival time. The price was also extremely high for a simple unlock service on a 2009 Toyota Corolla without electric locks. I ended up paying $250, which felt unreasonable for the work done. I understand emergency services can cost more, but the delay and pricing together made this a frustrating experience.

I called these guys, because I lost my keys to my chevy express and had to be to work. They were out there in 20 minutes, to my shop in Margate. Kevin cut and programmed my keys and door lock fob. For the price as advertised, there was no hassle. I highly recommend these guys.

David was great! He came out within an hour of being called. He diagnosed the problem and installed a whole new lock for us. He’s very helpful and congenial. I would highly recommend his company!!

I first needed About Town Locksmith because I had locked myself out. Then today I wanted to change the handle lock on my door because the old one was looking very rusty. I knew they could re-key the lock to match the deadbolt key. However, the one that I bought couldn’t be re-keyed. So they offered to sell me a new lock and include the re-keying to match the deadbolt for free. That was a deal. It took less than five minutes for me to take off the old and put on the new myself.
