Locked myself out of my place. Called them and they were super fast, easy, reliable and they didn’t destroy my lock! So I was able to use my key still after the opened it for me. Would highly recommend.

Ordered three keys and not a single one worked. Now have to figure out the process to get my money back. I’ve used this machine numerous times out of convenience, and not the price, because $9-10 a key is sad. Also the quality of the keys seems to have changed. Very cheap feel and not the same material in the past. Do better.

If you wanna get around the hassle of calling around for Lock Smith Quick Quick is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Chrystal is great with customer relation and given customer service.
