The work they did was ok, but the attitude from the owner, and the way he treated my staff at the location he was doing work for, would make me recommend you go elsewhere. The owner actually showed up at my business, using profanity towards my staff for a misunderstanding that he didn’t even bother to contact me directly about. Very unprofessional.

I am adding to this review based on the response the owner providwd. How could you be waiting over a month for payment when you yourself just said the work was done on Christmas Eve. That was only three weeks ago. When invoicing payments are conducted on a Net30 term, we are still well within the terms of our invoicing contract, today is the 19th. Bottom line, try to spin it however you want. This business will never have the opportunity to do work for us again, and I would recommend others to do the same. Scroll back thru the reviews and you will find a common theme about how professionally this business treats people. I can show through my records that this business owner did not make a single attempt to contact me prior to showing up at my business and acting unprofessionalyl. Had you contacted me directly, all could have been quickly resolved.

I had a crazy lost key situation and the worker, Andre was so compassionate and patient throughout the whole debacle. He frequently came by and was flexible while the problem got resolved. Called Tommy to get a quick lock repair for one of our exit doors …. I am impressed with the quick response to my call, going the extra mile to come out to the Club, Diagnose and Reengineer the lock. I made a copy of a small key for my apartment mailbox. Got home and it didn’t work at all. Wouldn’t even fit in the mailbox. Don’t even know how to fix it, since I never got my proof of purchase or anything. Waste of time.

Amazing service from start to finish. They fixed my dad’s car key by reprogramming it and cutting it to match the original key shape, and now it works perfectly. The whole process was smooth and professional. They took the time to explain our options, gave us helpful recommendations, and when we ran into a few difficulties, they immediately offered solutions. They were super kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. On top of that, they provided a warranty for the key, which gave us extra peace of mind.

My disabled veteran friend locked himself out of his condo mid day on the weekend, this company came out and charges him $1200 to change a lock because his key broke off in it. when i saw him today he still has the lock and i was able to get his key out in 30 seconds with just my fingernail. all it would have taken was a pair of pliers. You all took advantage of a disabled vet abd that 1200$ bill is after military discount!
