Called to see if they would be able to make a key for my motorcycle that I lost. Lady on the phone said yes we can do that, bring in the ignition. I brought in the ignition and explained to the lady at the front desk that the main purpose of getting a key is to get the gas cap off the fuel tank, because the whole bike is keyed the same (I know this because before I lost the key, the original worked in the ignition, gas cap, & helmet lock). Dropped it off with them in the morning, (they never called me back), I stopped in later that day and they were not very hopeful they could do it. A whole week goes by with no phone call and I figure they forgot about it. They called and said your key is ready, I picked it up. The key worked in the ignition, but it didn’t work on the gas cap or the helmet lock (all keyed the same). Called them and explained. They were only willing to refund $6 for the key blank, so now I paid $50 and did not accomplish what I told them I wanted. Not so great experience, I would find another place that knows what they are doing.
