Wendell is fantastic. Showed up exactly on time & rekeyed our entire house. Instead of 3 different keys, all of our locks are now one key.
He even corrected the installation of a deadbolt that didn’t line up correctly.
I wish there was a 6th Star to give!

DJ was awesome! I had called a couple other locksmith companies and they all acted like I was bothering them. Not DJ, and that’s exactly why he got my business. It was a Saturday afternoon and he came out in short time and had me in my truck quickly. He was professional, responsive, and nice. He’ll be the only one I call in the future and I suggest others do the same!

Star Lock & Key Co. is a true gem. I went there on a hot day and the store was perfectly cool and comfortable inside, which made the experience even better. The shop is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for any kind of lock and key service.

The customer service was very friendly and the team was incredibly fast. What really stood out was the amazing harmony between the staff. They worked together so smoothly and efficiently, it created a really positive atmosphere.

Was very convenient & super easy to use. And it was a fast process. In addition, it also keeps your key on file so if you ever lose all your keys. You can just have another one made instead of having to have a physical key to copy from! Definitely will use it again!
