They can get the job done or help you with their knowledge Do it yourself. I would try this place before any other place. Also, cheapest key copies better than Lowe’s and home depot. VIP Locksmith Services did an excellent job replacing and rekeying 25 commercial locks and doors for our property. This was a large job with multiple doors, different lock types, and several areas that needed to be secured properly. The technician was professional, organized, and worked carefully from start to finish.

They replaced damaged and outdated locks, adjusted door hardware, checked that every door was closing and locking correctly, and made sure the keys worked smoothly before leaving. The work was clean, fast, and very professional. They also explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy, especially for a commercial building where security is very important.

Got the name from someone who lives down here year round and swears by them for anything lock related. We were staying at a rental in Boca and the front door deadbolt jammed sometime around 11pm. Like fully stuck. Couldn’t get the key to turn either direction.

Called the number my friend passed along. Someone picked up right away. The guy who came out had a whole bag of tools and hardware with him, walked up to the door, took a look, and figured out within a couple minutes what was going on with the mechanism. He talked me through it as he worked, which I appreciated because truthfully I was a little freaked out being locked out that late. Got the bolt freed and then swapped out the cylinder since the old one was clearly on its way out. Price was fair for the hour, def cheaper than I was bracing for. He even tested the new key a few times to make sure it turned smooth.

Whole thing wrapped up in under an hour and we finally got to sleep. Writing this from the patio the next morning with coffee, still kind of relieved. If you’re down here visiting family or renting and something goes sideways, this is who you call. Saved our trip for real.

So blessed today for my husband and I to have a GREAT CUSTOMER experience. A very knowledgeable Locksmith named Mohammed helped us with our 2016 SUV Infiniti. We were very upset since the drivers seat door would not open. Mohammed was very professional and patient. He was able to assess the situation and found a way that we could open the door. The car has an electrical issue and he suggested what part to buy and where to get it fixed. He went over the call of duty! It was conveniently located but I couldn’t hear the directions on the key machine. I had a house key copied and am confused as to why key Me would offer a more detailed copy for an extra $2 or $3. It should be an exact and perfect copy at the price listed. Just one key cost over $7. Not great!
