I spoke with Mike this afternoon and he fixed what the other gentleman did not want to touch.
Mike was a pleasure to do business with. He knew what to do and fixed my problem with in about 10 minutes.

He even gave me credit for the new remote and new key that I was forced to purchase from the other guy.

Last guy kept me waiting about 45 minutes and still was not available to fix it. He even charged me for a new remote and a new key that I did not kneed.

My car is 10 years old and I had problems early on and you had a wonderful service person that helped. After that nice experience I went back to Affordable Lock & Security Solutions. I am glad that I went back and worked with Mike. Such a wonderful experience. I have already referred him to my mechanic.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I called Pop-A-Lock after locking my keys in my car, and was told the technician would arrive within 30 minutes. Instead, I was left waiting over 2 hours, with no updates, no courtesy call, and no apology. The technician didn’t even contact me until an hour and forty minutes later.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I reached out by email multiple times and received no response at all. For a company that advertises reliability and professionalism, this experience was the exact opposite.

If you need urgent help, do not rely on Pop-A-Lock. They were dishonest about the wait time, left me stranded for hours, and showed zero accountability. I will never use this company again and I don’t recommend that anyone else does either.

Just needed basic key copying done but they were very courteous and did a fantastic job even though it was close to closing time. And the keys fit the locks like a glove. Couldn’t say enough good things about this shop.

Highly recommend!! Moses was wonderful and helped me save so much money! Same day appointment at home for new key fob replacement and programming. A fraction of what the dealership quoted me. Went to Walmart to make a simple house key – first they wanted over $8 with tax for the key, so I pushed cancel, at which point they offered it to me for a third off – still a little bit pricey but convenient. Well it turns out it wasn’t so convenient because the key didn’t work, so I followed the link of their text message about how to get reimbursed and they said to look for the code in my email. Well I never received an email, so it’s quite convenient for them. I can imagine if I spent a couple hundred dollars on a car Fab. Avoid it all costs.
