I recently moved to a new house and needed three locks changed. My neighbor recommended South Shore Locksmith and said the owner Bill was a very honest businessman. I called and Bill said they would be there in an hour and they were. The price was great. I would recommend Bill and his company to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Great service but the keys are overpriced compared to going to an ace hardware or lowes. Also the cut of the keys are very sharp….no reason to up charge to smooth them out. All in all the service is good and easy to use….but bot price

Shawn was great and had us back in our car quickly.

Literally, it was less than an hour total from phone call to entry to our vehicle with an additional key fob made. It was really that quick!

Shawn even checked back in on us to make sure everything was working properly a couple days later!

Called this locksmith when my key broke in half but luckily this “store” was in the same plaza where I was stuck. Called and ends up they’re only a mobile service now and there’s no one nearby. I gave them my phone number and address and they told me someone would call me and quote me a price I waited an hour to hear back from someone they finally texted me and said, no one could come out until tomorrow morning. I am stuck at the grocery stores with groceries in my car. And they waited this long to tell me they can’t do anything. Terrible service would never recommend

Was able to easily get into my 2010 BMW 750i. I only needed they keys cut. He came out and only took him about 15 minutes to cut both of my keys. Mine were already programmed but he could have done it too. I really wanted to get into my trunk which he was able to do with ease (they keys would have worked but I have an issue with my trunk which was very clearly explained to me). 10/10 WILL USE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND to anyone I know.

Very convenient key making machine. Was prompted to choose if I wanted to pay an extra $2.99 to clean up the key after its cut. This should be included in a $5.99 key. I got a metal splinter in my pinky for 2 days because the key wasnt cleaned. This should be included and not an extra charge! Also, if you buy 2 keys you get one free. But you dont get 2 free keys if you buy 6 so you have to do 2 separate transactions. Then they charge a $2 sustainability fee for each transaction. I hate when companies nickel and dime you. Happy about convenience but you could do better.

These people are horrible! A1 Locksmith is a scam. The lady at the front lied about the fees and then said she discussed it with me. That’s a lie because she didn’t. The locksmith claimed he couldn’t reset a Kwikset smartlock, yet somehow managed to do it, and then had the nerve to tell me “no other locksmith could do it” even though he did. And then charge me $44 for something that cost $20 to replace with a brand-new set. I showed them how much it cost brand new at Home Depot and explained to them how it would’ve been easier to just purchase a new lock but they didn’t care. Instead, they both started to yell at me for stating the obvious. These people are a joke. This was a total rip-off and a complete waste of money. A1 Locksmith is dishonest, overpriced, and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go to someone else who’s actually upfront and fair.
