Terrible experience. I brought my lock to their shop for a rekey, and after nearly three hours of waiting, the lock still didn’t work properly. The quality of the work was unacceptable, and the entire experience was a waste of time and money. I will never use this company again and strongly recommend that others stay away. There are far better locksmiths out there who value their customers and do the job correctly.

I had an electronic lock installed with this company about a month ago. Unfortunately, through no fault of the locksmith the door failed to lock because it was not aligning properly. I called the company this morning and they were at my house by 10 AM and the problem was fixed. For me, a company’s reputation is based not only on the initial service but how they follow up with a customer complaint after the job is done. I could not be more pleased with this company and I highly recommend them.
