I’m long overdue in writing this review, but I absolutely have to share how great my experience was with Courtesy Lock and Key.
I first called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving after both of my key fobs stopped working, leaving me with no access to my vehicle — what we jokingly call “The LollyPop Mobile.” I spoke directly with the owner, and she was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring right from the start. She even offered to come out on Thanksgiving Day and explained that her holiday pricing was the same as a regular day. Since we weren’t in a rush, we decided to schedule the visit for the following week instead.
When she arrived, what was expected to be a fairly quick job turned into a much longer day — through no fault of hers. It turned out my car battery was completely dead. Her own charger wasn’t working, so she went out and purchased another charger just to help me. We then had to wait several hours for the battery to charge before she could finish programming the new key fob.
Despite spending nearly the entire day here and going well above and beyond what was expected, she charged me exactly the price she originally quoted — not a penny more. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer care is rare these days.
I truly can’t recommend Courtesy Lock and Key enough. If you’re looking for a locksmith who is professional, fair, hardworking, and genuinely cares about helping their customers, this is the company to call. I would not hesitate to use them again for any locksmith needs.

I found The Flying Locksmiths on Google and, based on their outstanding reviews and very reasonable estimate, decided to go with them. We needed our locks changed to secure our newly established small business, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

From the initial consultation to the installation of the final lock, the entire experience was seamless. Allen and Angel were incredibly professional, punctual, and honored the original estimate. They offered valuable recommendations and took the time to demonstrate, program, and explain the various locking systems they installed.

Rodney installed a new lockset for me, but 8 months later I experienced a slight issue due to a decision I made. I left a voicemail and in less than 30 minutes received a call back. After explaining the situation and the need, Rodney said he could fit me in the next day and that he would call first. The minute key is great. Never had an issue. But maybe you should know LOWE’s employees in Riverview are telling customers not to use your kiosk and trying to deter people away while using it. Want us to use Lowe’s key cutters (when you can find someone). Maybe it’s time to remove your machine as they are working against you. Just thought you you know.
