No kidding, y’all! This really happened! The key lanyard to our RV, which is usually worn around my neck, was left on the front seat when we walked outside to setup our University of Florida Tailgate RV Site for the Gator Game; Our dog, who was inside the RV, jumped up on the seat and sat on the fob- LOCKING us out of our RV!!!! Never fear! Marcus, with Mobile Locksmith, John Blackburn & Son, answered our call for help! Marcus was friendly and professional upon calling their number, took all our information to locate us, said he’d be to us in 30 minutes, showed-up within 16 minutes, greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and had us unlocked in 30 seconds (no kidding!)! He thought he had seen it all, but “dog-locked-us-out-by-sitting-on-the-fob” was new to him, too! When I placed a call for rekeying my doors I asked the dispatcher for a rough estimate? She told me that she had no idea as she was not familiar with the pricing also informed me that the tech would let me know. I didn’t think too much of it so I proceeded with my service appointment…Long story short I was not prepared for a $500 plus bill! The tech really worked with me and help get the bill down for a more reasonable rate. Overall satisfied with the service the Tech provided!

I used this company on Aug. 23rd for a lock on a storage unit. Daniel was quick to reach out to me and retrieve the location of the unit, he responded to the given address in less than 15 minutes. Once I showed him the lock he got it off within 10 minutes. The least enjoyable part is the price for keys. Also I chose first just a basic key 1.00 dollar less. But the machine said it couldn’t make my house key. I tried again choosing a more expensive key and it worked. Huh. Anyway the keys are perfect work great. Also got easily refunded for the first attempt. If not so costly would get 5 stars.

This should be called “21 Questions and 15 Upsell Keys”. Any locksmith with a wheel can cut a better key with a higher quality blank for half the money in half the time. They won’t even ask you for your blood type like this kiosk probably will soon.

The keys are very easy to make but at the end I must have missed something important because my keys have a lot of fragments that didn’t come off and don’t try removing them with your fingers I did and split my thumb open lesson learned those little pieces of metal can do some serious damage and the thumb is going to remind me every time I go to the gym
