After returning home from walking the dogs around 8:15 PM on a Sunday evening, I discovered that I had accidentally locked myself out of my house. Not knowing who to call, I looked up locksmith services on Google. A chain service was the first that popped up and, after contacting them, was told it would be 45 minutes to get to my house, I would have to contact law enforcement to be there with them to let me back in my house since my driver’s license was inside, and then – after seeing a picture of my smart lock – that they actually didn’t have the tools needed to open my door and wouldn’t be able to get me in until 8 AM tomorrow morning at the earliest. Thankfully, I then reached Capital Lock and Key! Jay assured me he would be able to open my door quickly and do so without any damage to the lock or door itself. He also estimated that it would only take about 20 minutes to get to my house. As promised, Jay arrived promptly and was able to cut a new key and get me back in my house in about five minutes!!! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The rate for services was also more than reasonable. While I hope this doesn’t happen to me again in the future, I will be sure to call Capital Lock and Key to help if it ever does!

If I could give them zero I would!! Jeremy our whatever his name is was rude when contacting me. I asked him simply how much would AAA cover and how much he would charge me out of pocket. He talked to me as if I couldn’t understand simple English. He came out and unlocked my door. In the process he took my key from my floor connecting my trunk and gas cover. One I told him I would not be able to pay to get the key made he open my car again which resulted in my alarming to go off. He threw the key thing on the floor and locked the car. Once I asked him to turn my car alarm off since i couldn’t get in he told me the alarm will go off and drive away. Very dramatic experience and I would NOT recommend this company!!!! I hope and pray he had a wonderful life with his terrible attitude and communication skills

This week, I was asked to break into a 1930s, Bellfruit .25 slots machine and replace the lock as the key was missing.
Getting into and preparing the area for a new lock was just as easy as getting the new lock and replacing it.
