HIGHLY recommend! I went to three other lock shops tp get a duplicate key made for my 2001 VW Cabrio, all of them said it was un-cloneable, but ACE was able to make it happen and get me the spare key I needed! 10/10 would recommend!

We used this company for years when they were Clark Lock and Safe. Their staff is polite, prompt and professional. We are very pleased with the quality of the service and the prices. Today my 90 year old mother in law’s front door would not unlock. She lives North of Milton. A service tech (David) came at the appointment time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes. We deeply appreciated his competent service and excellent attitude. David exceeded every expectation.

Justin came to my home November of 2024 to make a key for my jaguar. He charged me 200 to make a blank key so we could push my car around to cut grass as he wasn’t able nor did he have the knowledge to do so. After 3 trips back he not only had risen my entrance handle but also went from the original price of 350. To 1450 so he could program the new key. He left taking the ignition module with him. Since I refused to pay that much for a key he could not make any way. He never returned the module. To date my car still hasn’t been keyed and he never return what he stole. Or paid for the damage

I duplicated a house key and paid $6.43 at Walmart. The service is overpriced; and the machine service cost more than it used to for an employee to duplicate a key at this same location. The machine offered to charge even more for a more detailed cut. Then, it offered to charge more to file the key. The add-on costs seems dishonest. The machine should be set to do those things automatically for the original posted price. The key did not work. I took the key to Lowes to brush off the rough edges. The key still does not work. I compared it with the original. The new key is not cut deep enough, so does not match the original in the depth of the key cut. I will seek a refund, which is inconvenient. I will notify store management of the problems with this machine. I will not use this machine again. I do not recommend this service.

I’ve had keys made at this kiosk about 5 times. All but one they were perfect. The one time that the keys did not work, the company was prompt with a refund and easy to deal with. Much quicker than standing in line waiting for a person to cut a key.
