The open hours aren’t long, but the cost savings is worth the trip. I got my car remote key fixed for less than half of what a dealership would charge. The gentleman who performed the service was able to put new electronics in the non-working remote key and program it to my car in less than 8 minutes. He gives you a $10 discount for paying cash. We’ve used this shop before as well. Check it out!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them because the business address was around the corner from my apartment. The listing said they were available 24 hours a day. I called their phone number and get a dispatcher whose English was very hard to understand. It was 10:00 p.m. and I’m a senior and had locked me and my family out of the apartment. It was cold outside. After answering the dispatchers questions I asked how much is the charge to open my front door. He said the locksmith will have to tell you that when he gets there. He never mentioned a service call of $29.00. whether he unlocked my door or not. He told me the locksmith will call me very shortly. I waited quite a while for his call and had to call the dispatcher back because I hadn’t heard from the locksmith. When the locksmith called he confirmed the address and said he would be 25 minutes and that was at 11:10 p.m. 45 minutes went by and I called the locksmith again. He said he was close by he didn’t arrive till midnight. Before he did anything we asked how much was to get in my front door it was not a deadbolt. He said he had to see it first. Still no mention of the fee for the service call. I took a walk around to my sliding glass door in the back to see if it would be easier to get in the back. The door was open but there was a plastic folding piece that blocks the door from opening all the way. So before authorizing him to open the front door I tried to see what we could do with the back door I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income this was not planned in my budget. It seemed that we could Jimmy the plastic flap on the screen door and we wouldn’t need his services. Then he drops the bomb about the $29 service fee. I’m sorry but that is no way to do business he turned around to say that to go in the front door it would be $189. There was no way I could pay that. Highway robbery we waited 2 hours. And I can barely understand his English too. We handed him cash and sent him on his way. They get one star because at least the guy showed up. Not happy at all with this service. I don’t know how they got any good reviews.

Was charged a $10 higher service call fee than I was told when I called the main number, and service call fee was not applied to the work that was done, as I was also told over the phone. When I checked the lock after the tech left, it required me to pull on the door in order to lock it (to be fair, this may be an issue with my door, but I wasn’t having this problem before the lock was replaced). Won’t be using this company again.

Such a great experience. I snapped my key in my gas tank on my 2013 Suzuki Hayabusa. I called almost 20 different locksmiths and a soon as they found out it was a motorcycle everyone turned me down. Stuck at a gas station for hours I called Kees and he said no problem I’ll be there. Made me multiple keys and charged me a fraction of what every other locksmith was going to charge before declining on me due to it being a motorcycle. Not to mention he was a super cool guy and just wanted to help. I would recommend him 100% if you want good work, honest business by himself and good pricing. I’m in customer service myself and would give him a 10 or of 10 Google review which I’m doing as we speak.

Very easy to enter info and the key. The machine does the test. I choose the brass version, the cheapest and it does work even better than the originals. Great service. Went before to Home Depot and have been told a lot of keys made with the automatic machine came back but I did try it at Walmart Super satisfied

I called these locksmiths and had them come out to repair a door lock. The tech came out and said would call back with estimate. Three weeks later and follow up calls to them no estimate nor additional information. Finally was told they could not fix a European lock. It is an American lock brand. I asked why no one called and told me. They lied and said they left message. Totally pitiful service especially fir a locksmith security business. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. KO

Went to keyosk at Walmart to get house keys made. Keys work, but the edges were a little sharp and scrap metal was still attached to key, guess sander wasn’t working. Also the choice of keys were very limited. Wasn’t satisfied with the designs to choose from, which weren’t all of the ones showing on the keyosk
