Extremely rude, very unprofessional tech and service dispatch representative. I called to ask for pricing he could not provide me an estimate he instead dispatched tech and said they would give me a price after the service. Called another locksmith which provided me with great service and quoted me an estimate beforehand. Cancelled the service when the tech called me who didn’t state his name or service provider and the tech had the audacity to aggressively say I wasted his time. I immediately ended the call and then received a call back from dispatch
And he said “ DO YOU MIND PAYING MY TECH $20 FOR WASTING HIS TIME” 💀💀💀

I was quoted 180 for 2 keys and a fob, the guy comes, did not have a remote, and the keys were not chipped, so it was a straight cut they did have get the key info to cut it, they then charged me a 75 dollar programming fee for non chipped keys???? I called the company back, was told I was misquoted the first orice.. So 1 sent almost 300.00 on 2 cut regular keys with no remote..

What a terrific experience I had this morning. Drove over to HillsBorough Lock & Key. Met with Richard & Cathy concerning my 2013 Camry remote & ignition key. My dog chewd it up yesterday. They had everthing in stock, all new factory OEM looking new Remote control key unit. They programmed my cars computer, cut the key all in 25 minutes or less. Very professional, fast & friendly. What a Cost savings compared to any place around. All other shops and dealerships charging several hundred dollars more. Someup to $900 elsewhere. This is the only place to consider, dont waste your time or hard earned money with others or dealerships. My cost was Under $200, New remote, key & programing, testing and guarantee. Dash was absolutely phenomenal. I traveled to multiple locations to get my key fob fixed and the battery changed. All they did was damage it more and then said they couldn’t help me. Dash not only was able to fix my key fob but he also changed my battery. He was very kind, informative, and very competitive with pricing. I cannot recommend this locksmith due to deceptive practices.

I prefer to hire local workers whenever possible, so I contacted a company using the name Locksmiths Near Me to do work on my front entry door. They had a local phone number, a website, photos of their vehicles, and a nearby business address (10940 N. 56th Street, Temple Terrace) only two miles from my home. All looked good.

Over the phone I was given prices between $39 and $69 based on different options. I was told that the technician would explain further when he arrived. That’s when the price went up to $120, including four copies of the new key. I am fatigued, battling cancer and, wanting the job done, I reluctantly agreed. The technician rekeyed the lock then gave me only one key, claiming his key machine suddenly wasn’t working. Off he went. I later realized that the company name on the service truck (All In One Locksmith) was different than the company that I had called. I also learned that there is no locksmith using either name in Temple Terrace whatsoever. I drove by that address to find it is occupied by others.

Needless to say… I have been ripped off.

Had a deceased family members Sentry safe that had dual digital and key security . The digital part was not working. Hence, we couldn’t get it to open with the key.
