I just bought a house, and I had a back door, front door, and outdoor storage I needed re-keyed. I was able to schedule a time with Joe that was convenient for me, and he arrived perfectly on time. He was polite and friendly. He was able to get all 5 locks on one key, and he swapped the outdoor storage to a deadlock to make it safer. The final price was exactly what he quoted me (plus the amount he quoted to swap the outdoor lock to a deadbolt). Thank you, Joe!
