Ordered copies of my 2011 Honda civic. Tried two different phones (different iOS versions) with the pair my key app. Tried using “key and remote” set up as well as “remote only” set up. None worked. The car has a safety mechanism to where an unprogramed key will not turn on the car so I can’t even use it as a spare without the remote locks. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Going to just dispute the charges with bank of no contact or resolution by end of the week

TOTAL SCAM!!! This seems like a “company “ that pimps out random mobile locksmiths, and NOT a legitimate locksmith company. I called and spoke to “Ernest” who quoted me $29 service fee plus $45-$65 to re-key a lock. He said “one of HIS technicians” would respond with a time for the service. The technician Matthew shows up, and quotes $450 for the job!!!. Now, that’s probably a fair price for the service since Matthew sounded credible, but I would never had agreed to the service in the first place if Ernest had been upfront with the pricing when I called. VERY SKETCHY and BAIT AND SWITCHY!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!
