I called to get a quote to see if they could copy myvery unique key, they said they would havea technician contact me. When the technician contacted me he asked for a photo. After I texted him a photo he ghosted me. (Photo showed as being read)

EDIT: He responded after I asked him again. But still has not answered my second question. The owner replied saying they didn’t get a photo so here’s the proof!

I was sight seeing at the Maquoketa Caves. I was so excited, I hit lock and didn’t grab the keys. Cell service was bad in areas. I wasn’t from the area, so wasn’t sure who to call. I found the service online . The gentleman called me to confirm he received the request for service(which was great ) gave me an eta. He was there in 30 minutes. He was great! Overall decent service. Great convenience. Two issues-keys came out abit rough. A sander/smoother to eliminate the rough edges would have helped. Also would be nice to have some basic key chains for sale. Maybe they were available, didn’t see it if they were.
