Outstanding service from start to finish. They showed up promptly and installed the lock quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent throughout, and customer service was top notch. They even made special arrangements to squeeze me in as an emergency, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they hooked me up with a free extra key. Kiosk was easy to use. Key works fine. Definitely a little pricier than if I had gone elsewhere. You get surprised with some sort of a sustainability fee as you check out. But the convenience factor was worth the extra money.

Service was 5, pricing was outrageous 1 (smart lock adjustment $672), just for what they deemed a repair but I believe it was just a readjustment of the locking mechanism and another 1 for me having to call him and what appeared to be forgetting our appointment. If we weren’t in a time crunch would have cancelled – STRONGLY recommend an estimate before they come out, their technique with us was to provide the estimate on site but by then you almost feel compelled to use them to avoid the hassle of bringing someone else out.
