The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I initially called, asked for a quote, was told $125, so I said never mind, they hung up. They then called me back, asking if I’m on a budget, which I simply stated that their price was too high, I was then told “you’re not going to find anything lower, it’s a 2022 vehicle” while in a condescending tone. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

To respond to the company’s response: Good thing I got in contact with another locksmith company who quoted me $65 and was kind in person and over the phone, maybe your day wouldn’t have been “ruined” if you treated your customers better.

In today’s world of business it’s hard to find a company that offers great work with exceptional customer service. I was looking for a Locksmith to reset a old combination safe. I went to two different Locksmiths only to have them look at like I have a second head growing out of me. I was just about gave up when I found Keys and Breeze Locksmith. I talked with Nick and he said ” come on over “. Nick was very friendly and professional. Nick asked me to leave the safe door and within a couple of hours he had it done. I had a great experience with this locksmith. Diane cut a motorcycle key for me, and I was in and out in just 5 minutes. The key worked perfectly on the first try, and the pricing was excellent. Fast, reliable, and affordable service. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic local business. Had key fob replaced in 20 minutes for hundreds less than the dealership quoted. They genuinely care about customers and have a excellent level and attitude of going the extra mile and getting things done right. Totally recommend!

Dade Lock & Key installed a safe for me today at my new construction home. The quality of the job they did was outstanding, both in terms of the actual installation, and the great deal of effort they took to protect the safe, and other parts of the house. They went to great lengths to make sure that there would be no scratches on the safe’s finish. They protected the stairs, and walls and surrounding areas. They moved slowly and methodically to make sure everything was smooth and controlled. Once the safe was in the installation location, they met my request for how the safe was bolted down and accommodated a request for both lag screws into wooden blocking, and a tapcon into the concrete slab. It’s rare to find technicians that treat the house like it’s their own, and don’t just speed through a project. I would definitely hire them again for all my locksmith needs.
