THIS is your choice for your locksmith services! My car key fob wasn’t working to unlock my car in a local business parking lot. Even after changing out the battery! After calling Precision Safe & Lock here in Winter Haven, Jeremiah showed up within 30 minutes, we got things figured out pretty quick, and I was back on the road. I went straight to the Winter Haven location to have a new fob programmed and was in and out in a very reasonable time, even with how busy they were. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and busy working! 😊 HIGHLY recommend you call Precision Safe & Lock FIRST when you need this type of service!

Used the Minute Key kiosk at the Lowes on 3rd in Winter Haven FL. Easy to use system. Picked the keys I wanted, swioed the payment card and watched the magic take place. All the keys work flawlessly as well! This is my 2nd or 3rd time using Minute Key. Much easier than trying to hunt someone down to make the keys, which is unfortunate for that employee.

Be warned, I had to file a small claims suit against them. Two cars, two towing charges, two cars I was stranded with.

I’m giving this young man and business owner a 5 star review because he really just does his job well! I needed my door unlocked since I was locked out. He was able to email me a quote, answer questions, communicate well, make it within 15-20 minutes and finish the job in under 15min. For my older apartment lock it only cost $120. The pricing was amazing especially since it was already past 11pm at night. He deserves good tips! Thank you!

They have helped me clean out my phone. That being said, all I had was getting the gunk out of the usb port so my charger would work and they charged me ten dollars for it AFTER they took my phone and never acknowledged it cost money. It is always when the same lady was there. Other times they didn’t charge me and I gave a one to two dollar tip. I understand charging but I should be told ahead of time what the price is. Also, they should be consistent. My phone had very little fluff in it, yet they had to make a payment on it. Probably won’t go there again. To me it was very untruthful. I especially won’t go if the same lady is there because charging for that is asinine.
