Today was the second time that we called Derls to our home to make car keys for us. Trey was prompt and efficient, worked in the pouring rain, and did an outstanding job, as usual. He even gave me an unexpected veteran’s discount. There is no lock & key service in Crestview that we would ever use other than Derls.

Very convenient to use. Being in the entrance allows easy access when you don’t have to get anything out of Walmart. The convience of not having to walk across the store to get keys made, makes it worthwhile.

I have never used a minute key kiosk before, but needed to make a copy of a key. The machine scanned my key and then cut a new one for me. The process was pretty simple and quick. I have tried the key on several locks and it worked perfectly every time. If I need any keys made in the future, I will definitely choose minute key.
