I would give this place No Stars. They tell me to wait and they’ll be there at a certain time. No Show. Call again. Says almost there. and No Show. Had to find another place. They don’t respect people’s time.

Dade Lock & Key installed a safe for me today at my new construction home. The quality of the job they did was outstanding, both in terms of the actual installation, and the great deal of effort they took to protect the safe, and other parts of the house. They went to great lengths to make sure that there would be no scratches on the safe’s finish. They protected the stairs, and walls and surrounding areas. They moved slowly and methodically to make sure everything was smooth and controlled. Once the safe was in the installation location, they met my request for how the safe was bolted down and accommodated a request for both lag screws into wooden blocking, and a tapcon into the concrete slab. It’s rare to find technicians that treat the house like it’s their own, and don’t just speed through a project. I would definitely hire them again for all my locksmith needs.

We had a great experience with Caraballo Locksmith and highly recommend their technician, Armando. He installed three Medeco locks, a front door handle, and three interior levers for us. Armando was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive—always quick to answer calls and texts. The keys have to be wiggled to work, and one was so brittle that it bent because the lock was tight.

they were able to cut a key for me using the key code off the original key. they used the custom keys i brought in and everything came out perfect. they were very friendly and their prices were great!
the parking here could be a little tricky, but it’s definitely the place i’ll come back to whenever i need this kind of work done.

What an amazing convenience! Rather than having to wait for someone at a hardware store, you just walk up and a couple minutes later, you’ve got perfectly cut keys. They always try to upsell you but I have to say their offers are truly irresistible and I usually end up getting more copies. I’ve used MinuteKey over a dozen times for 30+ keys and I’ve never had one not work. Also, I really like their lightweight keys which I always get and has made my whole keychain way lighter.
