Dude, this guy was amazing. First off, my old key fob split in half and took the computer half with it. I bought a cheap replacement from Amazon. I called this guy and let him know my situation and he said he could meet me at the location in 10 minutes if needed. I swear he was there in like 8 minutes after the phone call. Took like 10 minutes max to reprogram my new key fob and $60 later I was good to go. Guy literally saved me like $300-$500 instead of going to the dealership. Super nice and really cares about your situation. Said he got there so fast cause he didn’t wanna leave me stranded in the cold if I had been. Great service. Great price. Great guy in general. Received services Thursday and requested to speak to a supervisor that day. Since the tech no longer could speak English to explain prices even though he spoke perfect English the entire time. HE CAN ASK IF I LIVE ALONE, ASKED IF ANYONE LIVED IN MY HOME WITH ME AND WAS IT JUST ME IN THE HOME, IF I OWN MY HOME, WHERE I AM FROM even told me I have his personal number to call for a door replacement. They all call from different numbers. Company is family owned and extremely unprofessional. Removal and installation for my home door knob with a metal wrap is all I needed. Was told they would be here in 20 mins. Took an hour to come with no updates. Came to my home without the lock I wanted and went to the store to get it. Took two hours to come back. Took an hour to remove the lock. Tech didn’t know how and tried to hammer it open. It was just screws that was holding it to the door. He asked for a trash bag to clean. Gave him one and didn’t put anything in it. Looked me and then the trash bag. Obviously didn’t want to clean after himself so I told him to leave. He didn’t take the wrapping off the door and now I have left over plastic on it because he didn’t want to remove it properly. Charged around $550 for parts, the door knob and metal wrap. $380 for labor. This is a scam company. These pieces don’t cost anything close to this amount at any hardware store. I was hoping it was miss understanding but no one called back as this is just a summary of what happened, and I’m not able to post every detail of what happened because it’s too long. I highly recommend Fulmer’s Locksmith. My dad has used Fulmer’s for a long time, with great experiences, so they were his only recommendation. Caleb was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. He rekeyed my 3 exterior doors (2 locks each) and made new keys – all in about an hour or so. I need another key fob for my car, so I’m having them make that for me, too. Fulmer’s has great service, response time, and fair prices!

Paid 217$ and key fob isn’t even programmed. The key works, so…. Yippee I guess.
Most expensive spare key I’ve ever gotten. 🤦🏼♂️ The dude was kind and polite though. He was very professional. He tried programming the fob, but the car wasn’t responding to the pairing instructions. Regardless, I got charged for MORE than I received. Wish an executive would make this right. Because all I got is a spare key (50-100$ value) for well over 200 DOLLARS. and a dumb useless fob.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m actually pretty aggravated. Mainly in regards to the lack of transparency surrounding pricing. I was locked out of my apartment and my complex does not offer lockout services after hours but sent a list of recommended locksmiths. I saw several good reviews for this business and the hours shown are 24 hours. So I called. There was no transparency about pricing. That is my main issue. When I called, a woman took my information and said there was a locksmith in my area that could come out. When I asked about an estimate, she just told me that the locksmith would call me with the details. I received a call but only to confirm the address. Still no estimate. When the locksmith arrived,he took a look and said that he could get it open but would have to drill through the lock (I’ve never had to call a locksmith so I’m not privy to what exactly that means or entails) When I asked again about cost, I thought what he said was $139 followed up with “I will have to send a picture to the office and they will let me know for sure.” He began drilling and drilling and seemed to become kind of frustrated with the situation as I could hear some swearing being mumbled. Aside from the drill, he only ever used pliers and a wedge type of thing with an air pump. After about 40 minutes, he was able to get the door open. This was also after the drill died. I am grateful to be back inside however, I could have had any random person do this if I knew it meant only literally drilling though and pulling out the pieces of the lock with pliers. When he was done, he said it would be $189 and asked how I would be paying. I offered card and was told there would be an addition 10% fee for card and he named off other methods of payment. After deciding on a method, he said it would be an additional $20 as the cost of him coming “so add that on.” I’m just puzzled on what exactly I had to pay for or what the breakdown of cost was. $189 to drill through a lock and $20 just to drive less than 2 miles to me? Not an “after hours” type of charge because the hours listed are 24 hours.

I made the big stupid and locked myself out of my car at a gas station, with my keys and phone inside. I managed to bug the gas station staff into letting me use their phone, called this guy. Service was quick, easy, and very friendly too. Got to hear a funny story, and the price was affordable too. I’m not looking to lock myself out of my car again, but if I do I’m calling here.

I love the idea of a digital key that can be sent to someone to be made at a nearby Kiosk where ever that may be. The key manufacturing process is very cool to watch from start to finish!
