Called to see if they would be able to make a key for my motorcycle that I lost. Lady on the phone said yes we can do that, bring in the ignition. I brought in the ignition and explained to the lady at the front desk that the main purpose of getting a key is to get the gas cap off the fuel tank, because the whole bike is keyed the same (I know this because before I lost the key, the original worked in the ignition, gas cap, & helmet lock). Dropped it off with them in the morning, (they never called me back), I stopped in later that day and they were not very hopeful they could do it. A whole week goes by with no phone call and I figure they forgot about it. They called and said your key is ready, I picked it up. The key worked in the ignition, but it didn’t work on the gas cap or the helmet lock (all keyed the same). Called them and explained. They were only willing to refund $6 for the key blank, so now I paid $50 and did not accomplish what I told them I wanted. Not so great experience, I would find another place that knows what they are doing.

I lost my house keys and the spare ones were inside. I contacted this company and they resolved the issue quickly. They opened my door without breaking the lock and gave me new keys. They are the best in the area.

I drive an old SUV, about 15 years old. This provider arrived within an hour of my call & the job was done in about 30 mins. I got a replacement key AND TWO backup keys. He is personable, efficient & affordable.

Update 12/18/2025: About a month later the key fob fell apart, pictures below. This company uses cheap materials & does not warranty his work. I appreciate that he got me into my car when I needed it, hence the three stars. However, he offered to give me another key but refused to replace the fob without charging me again. I already bought a key from him with no fob. What I want is a working fob. At this point, I don’t trust him or any other locksmith, so I’ll have to go to a Toyota dealership.

Made keys for the first time with this machine and was quite impressed. It was simple to operate and I made several keys which all worked flawlessly. Very impressed with this technology and would strongly recommend you consider using this if you need to make new keys.
