I just had the worst experience ever. I was trying to get my back locked door replaced. The technicians name was Nick. He quoted me $600 at first. I told him that was way too high. He didn’t went down the 300. I told him now I appreciate it, but I’m gonna go with somebody else. He asked me. How much are you willing to pay? I told him the other place for me 150 for both the deadbolt and the other lock, so we said he would match it I gave him the I purchased so he didn’t need to put on his own. He told me if I wanted to bottom it was cost $150. He’s charging me Home Depot and low charges. I told him I went and call Lowes and Home Depot and the top quote was $50. He then told me no ma’am I’ll take you to Home Depot and show you myself. It’s not fifth it’s 150
After I took him an hour to get my door open, he refused to put the deadbolt on unless I paid him another $150 at that point he was kind of getting a little bit aggressive so I just paid him the 150 I asked him to pay my credit card. He told me it would cost me 190 if I wanted to pay on my credit card I told her I’m not giving him the 190. He told me I had to give the 150 now, I was intimidated so i paid 150. I told him that I will be contacting them. He said don’t bother. He left my house for the deadbolt, shredded, and my door knob broken he made me fill out the form and told me the sign, but I refuse to sign and then he got angry at me So now I’m left the broken door

I bought a 2013 Mini Cooper back in October 2024 and the dealership guy claimed that he only had ONE key fob.
He then proceeded to recommend some locksmith down in Largo that will do it for me.
Needless to say that is not how it went. That locksmith tried but gave up quickly.
I tried a couple of other locksmiths along the way and NOT one of them were able to get me a duplicate key fob! I kind of gave up because it’s just so damn frustrating!!

Here it is March 2025 and I finally found the RIGHT MAN FOR THE JOB! David told me he’d be over to where I live at 11am and he was ON TIME and super friendly!

He worked on getting this dupe key fob for over 1 1/2 hours, using two different computers and 2 different blank key fobs..

FINALLY David’s tenacity, professionalism is so SPOT ON that he got me a duplicate key fob!! I was so happy that finally someone who knew what they were doing and persistent enough to NOT GIVE UP!

I am going to recommend him to anyone that just might need a super professional to get the job done.

Ability gracious of this local SW company. They came to my rescue within 40 minutes on a Sunday. It as raining, and I accidentally left my key in the car last night. The rep was professional, he was quick and he charged me what he told me over the phone. I recommend this business 100%. I hope I’m never in this situation again, but if I ever were I will absolutely call them again.
