Greg and Henry at Steve’s lock and safe deserve a huge RAVE! They went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we needed for our new car. When I first showed up Greg was very kind and gracious with my two rambunctious girls and cut my key immediately. He then went to program the Fob only to find out that there was an issue with the car’s computer. He tried a second option and worked on it for an hour and a half before coming in, not to tell me he couldn’t do it, but to tell me he had another idea that he could try in a few days after he ordered something in. He gave me the key anyway and asked me to come back later to program it and I am so incredibly grateful to him for that. I did end up misplacing one key right before I had to go to work this week and it’s because of him that I had a second key to make it to work on time. I came back today and they were able to make a fob work for me! They really tried everything and I am so grateful to them for that. Plus, their prices are very good comparatively. Having a car without a fob with two little kids is definitely not something I enjoyed haha. Thank you again Greg and Steve! I will definitely come back if I have any key cutting needs.

For starters, everyone working with this company sucks and is beyond unprofessional. I called around 10pm last night, and let’s just say what I called for NEVER got handled. DO NOT RECEIVE SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s clear they hate their job and life, and try to make someone else’s day as miserable as theirs. This company has multiple different names and numbers which added to the mess from last night. Even after speaking with the manager who doesn’t keep her word nothing got handled. Horrible experience.

Very good experience with them. They gave an accurate estimation of when they would arrive, fixed the problem quickly and all for a very fair price. Alex was great and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Pros and cons are what you are taught when trying to evaluate something. From my experience with this company there are no pros, only cons.
Be warned, I had to file a small claims suit against them. Two cars, two towing charges, two cars I was stranded with.
Nothing but cons with this company, not one pro I can list.
