I have used Rene and Southwest Car Unlock multiple times over the years for various house key and car key related issues. This last time I lost my keys at close to midnight and Rene made himself available so I could make sure my car was home and safe. I just had the worst experience ever. I was trying to get my back locked door replaced. The technicians name was Nick. He quoted me $600 at first. I told him that was way too high. He didn’t went down the 300. I told him now I appreciate it, but I’m gonna go with somebody else. He asked me. How much are you willing to pay? I told him the other place for me 150 for both the deadbolt and the other lock, so we said he would match it I gave him the I purchased so he didn’t need to put on his own. He told me if I wanted to bottom it was cost $150. He’s charging me Home Depot and low charges. I told him I went and call Lowes and Home Depot and the top quote was $50. He then told me no ma’am I’ll take you to Home Depot and show you myself. It’s not fifth it’s 150
After I took him an hour to get my door open, he refused to put the deadbolt on unless I paid him another $150 at that point he was kind of getting a little bit aggressive so I just paid him the 150 I asked him to pay my credit card. He told me it would cost me 190 if I wanted to pay on my credit card I told her I’m not giving him the 190. He told me I had to give the 150 now, I was intimidated so i paid 150. I told him that I will be contacting them. He said don’t bother. He left my house for the deadbolt, shredded, and my door knob broken he made me fill out the form and told me the sign, but I refuse to sign and then he got angry at me So now I’m left the broken door

Ben is my favorite person right this minute. My son is out of town and his car alarm has been going off for over 45 mins (before 6 am) and we don’t have a key. Ben was in my driveway within 5 minutes of being woken up, and opened the door and disconnected the battery. Thank you Ben!

I would highly recommend Koons Locksmith for any services you may need. I had two vehicles that were part of my Uncle’s estate. The keys were lost so I needed HELP in a quick and efficient way because I flew to Florida to specifically get these cars sold. From start to finish they were efficient, professional and went above and beyond to help me get done what I needed in a short time frame. Klein was professional and thorough in my initial inquiry of what I needed to do. Then the service technician, Winston, was more than helpful and went above and beyond (spent an hour and a half) trying his hardest to get the key fob for the ’22 Ford Edge to work so that I could drive it to the dealership. Unfortunately we were not successful with the Ford but he did allow me to buy the key fob so the dealership I eventually dealt with was able just to program the fob once we got the battery replaced.

I was on Facebook whiskey Creek, and I asked for a locksmith recommendation. Many of them recommended Koons locksmith. I called them and got an estimate. It was $98. I called Lee Lock, on Metro Street and they told me $30 for exact same job! I strongly recommend Lee Lock , Unless you want to pay triple. Very friendly service, very prompt repair. The keys work but not in a smooth fashion, some finicking is required. Also, one of my keys did not print with the skin that the machine showed as “available”.

Easy and affordable! If you don’t want the key to have any rough edges pay the extra $2 but honestly it should work fine either way. I have gotten them both ways and never had an issue.

My mechanic was not able to program my chip key to my SUV, so he suggested I go to Gerald’s and within 15 minutes of arriving my new key was programmed and I was happy. It does cost $50 for the service but they are the ones who can do it .😇
