Called Jimmy. Said he could be their in a hour told me a very fair price for a new key fob. Then suggested when we found the keys in the car lol. I should just make a backup key saving me hundreds. Call him and dont waste your time.

Today was the second time that we called Derls to our home to make car keys for us. Trey was prompt and efficient, worked in the pouring rain, and did an outstanding job, as usual. He even gave me an unexpected veteran’s discount. There is no lock & key service in Crestview that we would ever use other than Derls.

Wife and daughter went to get a key fob we purchased online programmed for our vehicle. Technician tried twice, but said it was a junk key and it wouldn’t work. Still charged us about $100 for the attempt. Went to another place the next day and they had it done in a few minutes. Had better experiences in the past here but I will not be going back.

After another place failed twice to make a functional key copy, I stumbled upon this delightful and futuristic machine at our local Walmart Neighborhood Market. The interface was very user-friendly and most importantly it made our postal box key in a hurry and for under 8 bucks. I highly recommend this kiosk/service.

I’m only giving this man one star because I couldn’t leave a zero star. This man is a total rip-off! in January my elderly mother called him to change three locks for $275, there was a problem with the garage door lock today and he had to come back out to fix it ,come to find out he did not give her new locks, he only changed the internal cylinders and charged her an extra $95, which $95x 3 comes up to $275, which she paid him the first time, so that means he overcharged her the first time, if he only changed the cylinders. if you’re going to use this man to change your locks make sure you see the new locks he’s putting in , or he will rip you off. Warning everybody too be very, very careful with this man.
