I have to say that the service that I received from this company is the best service I’ve ever received hands down. They have experience and know how to get the job done! They help me get the title to my truck and a pair new of keys all in the same day. So if I have to recommend and Locksmith this is the place!!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I initially called, asked for a quote, was told $125, so I said never mind, they hung up. They then called me back, asking if I’m on a budget, which I simply stated that their price was too high, I was then told “you’re not going to find anything lower, it’s a 2022 vehicle” while in a condescending tone. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

To respond to the company’s response: Good thing I got in contact with another locksmith company who quoted me $65 and was kind in person and over the phone, maybe your day wouldn’t have been “ruined” if you treated your customers better.

Used them today, fair price and came out on a Sunday which I really appreciated! Did a great job fixing my front door lock and will definitely call him again for any locksmith, auto locksmith or surveillance camera work I need in the future!

I called about 15 locksmiths for a key to a moped and none of them would do it. Then I took one last try at amity and spoke with Justin and it was amazing. He quoted my price over the phone, they helped me load and unload my moped from the truck, the time was incredibly quick and everyone seemed to be working in tandom and helping each other out. Such a great experience and I recommend if you need ANY key and want excellent customer service, this is the place.

I just had the worst experience ever. I was trying to get my back locked door replaced. The technicians name was Nick. He quoted me $600 at first. I told him that was way too high. He didn’t went down the 300. I told him now I appreciate it, but I’m gonna go with somebody else. He asked me. How much are you willing to pay? I told him the other place for me 150 for both the deadbolt and the other lock, so we said he would match it I gave him the I purchased so he didn’t need to put on his own. He told me if I wanted to bottom it was cost $150. He’s charging me Home Depot and low charges. I told him I went and call Lowes and Home Depot and the top quote was $50. He then told me no ma’am I’ll take you to Home Depot and show you myself. It’s not fifth it’s 150
After I took him an hour to get my door open, he refused to put the deadbolt on unless I paid him another $150 at that point he was kind of getting a little bit aggressive so I just paid him the 150 I asked him to pay my credit card. He told me it would cost me 190 if I wanted to pay on my credit card I told her I’m not giving him the 190. He told me I had to give the 150 now, I was intimidated so i paid 150. I told him that I will be contacting them. He said don’t bother. He left my house for the deadbolt, shredded, and my door knob broken he made me fill out the form and told me the sign, but I refuse to sign and then he got angry at me So now I’m left the broken door

So I was at the grocery store in interlachen. Accidentally locked my keys in the car. Found them called and they’re actually closed on the weekends. But he came out about 25 minutes later and within literally 3 minutes have the car unlocked. Also extremely reasonably priced! So if you need a locksmith, you know who to call!
