Great selection and exceptional service! Rep took time to explain and show all available options. Delivery personnel were exceptional as well. Timely, as promised and great care to ensure safe delivery. Key standout: Super communication from the company and delivery personnel! I even got a name and picture of the delivery person and a call from the driver saying her was on his way. Super job all around!

Called Jimmy. Said he could be their in a hour told me a very fair price for a new key fob. Then suggested when we found the keys in the car lol. I should just make a backup key saving me hundreds. Call him and dont waste your time.

I can’t recommend this company enough! Luz was so great with communication and answered every one of my questions. Her assistant (the gentleman whose name I can’t remember) was super quick and efficient at programming and cutting my new key fob! The job was done in about 20 min for a very reasonable price. They offer to come to you and service your car/keys but I decided to go to them. They jumped my car when my battery died and talked me through everything. HIGHLY recommend!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

As the HOA President in my community, we needed our common area door lock issue addressed as soon as possible. Joe from PBC came the next day and immediately addressed the situation. Joe was extremely friendly and loves what he does. I’m aware many companies take advantage of a HOA, but Joe charged us what he would charge any other customer. His prices are reasonable and the job was well done.
