I lost my only key and the dealer charges $750 starting price for a new key + tolling costs and 1-2 week wait. This guy arrived in 25 minutes, opened the car and programmed me a new key, the whole process took about 45 minutes and was much cheaper, thank you very much!

ridiculous…$450 for a basic key with no chip and no key fob. then was charged for “after hours” call, even tho they were specifically asked if it was extra for him to come out. The tech had my son hold his 2 cellphones to film him for his Instagram Live. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND I WOULD NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

Timely and very professional! I locked myself out of my house at 5:30 in the morning and when I called Florida Lock And key Caleb answered thei phone right away and immediately confirmed he could get to me within 20 minutes and Caleb was at my house in 20 minutes! Within five minutes he had my door unlocked, no drilling required. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially how early it was in the morning and how quickly he got to me. I was so worried because my mom was inside the home and she is on hospice care so you can imagine my level of stress. Thank you Caleb and Florida Lock And key, I greatly appreciate it!!!

I had to reinsert my original key;then it kicked me out, said thank you; asked about my receipt. I did not get the 3 key I was promised. It took a long time as I was waiting for the third key. I found it somewhat confusing while taking advantage of the “Buy 2 get 1 free” offer, as I attempted to order the same key in different designs for a total of 3 identical keys 🔑 in 3 different designs, it also gave me the option to copy a different key, however after inserting the second key it informed me that particular key would have to be mailed to me, as I preferred to not go through the trouble I was then given the opportunity to cancel my entire order giving me the impression the previous 3 keys would as well be cancelled and I’d just start over, but when I went to start over the machine had retained the previous information on the 3 key offer, not sure exactly how to proceed and no one available to assist me at the Walmart I proceeded to reorder my original 2 for 3 offer, again intending to have 1 key copied in 3 different designs, however I was charged twice and received all 3 keys in the first design chosen as shown in provided picture, needless to say my sons were not too impressed with the keys I handed them!!

Easy to use kiosk with concise instructions. Was able have 3 keys made with cute design options within 5 minutes, without having to hunt down a customer service rep. It was neat being able to see the key being cut through the glass window. All keys fit the intended lock perfectly with no issues. Would definitely use again.
